1. WHO WE ARE
Gators Spine & Wellness Clinic is a chiropractic clinic located at 3201 SW 42nd St, Suite 130, Gainesville, FL 32608.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our SMS text messaging program.
2. SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
By opting in, you may receive text messages from Gators Spine & Wellness Clinic related to appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and service notifications. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive texts about special offers, discounts, wellness tips, new services, and clinic updates. Message frequency may vary.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
3. OPT-OUT AND SUPPORT
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. CARRIER LIABILITY
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive marketing messages and consent to receive non-marketing messages are separate and optional; you may agree to one, both, or neither, and consent to either is never a condition of submitting a form or receiving services from us.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF SERVICES VIA SMS
Text messaging is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for direct communication regarding medical or health-related matters. Please do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) via text message or web form.
